All parcel deliveries are completed by either Parcelforce or DPD. For pallet deliveries, we use the Palletforce and UPN network.

All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that someone will be at your address on the day of delivery to receive the consignment. If the courier is unable to deliver to your address, they will attempt delivery to your neighbour or bring your consignment to a local post office for collection.

Orders received before 2pm will usually be dispatched on the same day, subject to stock availability. We will endeavour to contact and notify you of any potential delay in processing your order for dispatch. Our system will send an automated dispatch email once your order has been packaged and dispatched. Tracking information from the courier will normally become live around 6pm once the consignment has been scanned into the courier network.

Standard deliveries are made during Working/Weekdays and this is classed as Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries are not included with the standard delivery methods listed above and is classified as a Premium Service with Parcelforce and DPD. Weekend deliveries are classed as Saturdays and Sundays and prices begin from £19.99 + VAT.

Please note that our dispatching system generates automatic shipment data based on the information received from your order. Please ensure that all address details are correct including any special information to provide to the courier to assist in completing the delivery successfully. Any missing address data may cause a delay to your delivery beyond our reasonable control. Please contact us as soon as possible for any address information changes that are required.

If free delivery is applied to an order it is for UK mainland only, it does not apply to Europe, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Isle of Man and all offshore Isles or Europe.

When you make an online order, it has to be process through a third party fraud protection system, to check you card payment is not fraudulent. This can take 1-3 hours to get a response. The system is based on a traffic light system. If your order payment has not been given the green light, we will not process that order until it has passed. We will make every effort to contact you and notify you of any delay in processing your order if an item is found not to be in stock or you payment has been rejected.

We are requesting our customers process orders for delivery to residential addresses where possible at this time. This will help ensure a successful first time delivery. Couriers delivering to business addresses will automatically return items to us if the premises is closed. Thank you for your understanding.

European orders:

All EU orders can now be processed via our website directly and payment made via credit/debit card. You can now sign up to our website and select the EU member country you are in, and when at the checkout, you can select your country for delivery. The cost of delivery is worked out automatically using a weight calculation system.

We also accept PayPal payments and bank transfer payments for EU Orders. Please be aware that bank transfer payments (PayPal eCheques) can take up to 5-7 working days to reach our account. The order will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared.

Please note that while our advertised transit times are normally very accurate, there can be factors beyond our control that may affect the transit times occasionally. These can include but not limited to; adverse weather affecting ferry crossings and road networks, incorrect/missing address data, traffic congestion, mechanical failures, industrial disputes, obstruction of any private/public highway.

Delivery Service
The delivery service is based on a 1-2 working day service, meaning orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered in 1-2 working days and orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered on the following week. Please note that although this service is generally reliable IT IS NOT GUARANTEED and no delivery time is stipulated***. A next day by noon service is available at extra cost this service is not available in any exception zone area.

All courier and pallet services are fully traceable, and a tracking number will be included with your dispatch notification e-mail. A signature is required for all deliveries for proof of delivery and traceability. We can accept special instructions to include with your parcel, these can be added at the checkout stage. Unfortunately, due to the couriers requiring a signature upon delivery, they are unable to leave the goods in a safe place. We can arrange a “No Signature Required” service to be added to a consignment if the goods are to be left in a safe place however due to no signature being received, we are unable to accept liability for any damage/loss claims when using this service. Can I have my order Delivered on Saturday?
We can provide a Saturday Delivery - Our usually delivery service is Monday - Friday (Our couriers can deliver on a Saturday, but it is a premium service at extra cost, and not quite as reliable. Please select Saturday delivery at the checkout, this is only available up to 2pm on Friday.
Important

Please note that the weekend delivery service is currently only available to UK Mainland locations in zone 1. The service is currently unavailable to areas in Zone 2&3.

A signature is required for all deliveries as proof of receipt.

2) No deliveries will be made on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and bank holidays.
3) A  next day before noon or weekend delivery will incur a surcharge and must be arranged by phone. We can arrange a guaranteed timed service for delivery before noon, except in exception areas. 

Out of Stock Items
All products with an add to cart button on this site are usually in stock items and available for online order or collection. If upon receipt of your order a product is found to be out of stock, we will attempt to inform you immediately as to the next possible delivery date.  If you are planning to collect then we advise that you phone in advance to ensure items are in stock.  

Delivery Terms and Conditions
We contract a Third Party for deliveries, although we endeavour to achieve our 1-2 day delivery service we cannot be held responsible for hub depot break downs, vehicle breakdowns, extreme weather conditions acts of malicious or terrorist incidents or any unforeseen occurrences that delay or curtail your delivery. (Please order in plenty of time for vital deliveries) accidents do happen rarely. Our Third party Deliveries are contracted only to deliver to customers’ threshold (door) not to where the customer may want goods put. Any order refused because driver will not carry item to a specific area other than threshold will not be accepted and will be liable for return postage  and incur a £25 administration fee as the delivery company has fulfilled their contract you have broken yours by not accepting delivery. Any parcel delivered that in your opinion appears damaged parcel must be signed for as damaged, do not sign parcels as unchecked no claims for damages can be claimed at later date. Please report any problems with your order within 48 hours of receipt, any items to be returned we must be informed of within 14 working days from day of delivery in writing no exceptions. (You must check your delivery within 48 hours) 

Returns

Returning Goods

All returns are at the customers expense, this includes wrongly ordered goods. We must be notified within 14 working days from the date of delivery of a return request for us to process this successfully.

We are unable to refund carriage charges. Where items are being returned, please ensure that these are returned unopened and unused in the original packaging. Please also include a photocopy of your original delivery note with the items returned highlighted and the reason for return. Failure to include a copy of the delivery note with this information may cause a delay in processing your return. Please ensure that you receive a receipt from the post office or your delivery service to cover for loss/damages. If we organise a collection with Parcelforce, we are unable to book a same day collection. Collections can be made for the next working day and Parcelforce will bring labels for your parcels and a receipt for your records.
